Dear Bank President,
I have twice now requested that I be added to your banks
approved appraiser list.
Attached to this letter (sent certified mail), I am
providing you the two previous requests sent to those in your employ.
On this now third attempt, please find attached for
reference FIRREA Code of Banking Regulation Title 12 Volume 5, Chapter 5, Part
564, banking regulations, Office of Thrift Supervision, and again ask that I be
considered for said approval.
I seek your positive response within the next 7 days, or we
will be forced to report your inaction to the department of the US Treasury,
and FDIC, and furthermore will have my attorney engage you in a class action
lawsuit for appraiser discrimination and restraint of trade.
Our legal council, will, in addition, immediately file with
the court, an action for your company to cease and desist from
doing further business (shut
you down) !
