I am actually trying to find out if you are able to do an appraisal for a Church in Broward County. I was told by the lender that the appraiser must be MAI Qualified, and follow FIREA Guidelines. Do you hold these qualifications? And if so, what kind of estimate can you give me for the price of the actual appraisal? And what is your turn around time?

Also, is there any charge for a quick pencil search for an estimate of the property value?
